For our office in Gonderange, Luxembourg, we are looking for a professional who sees every shipment as a reflection of our company’s standards. In this role, you will help safeguard our strong market reputation while bringing fresh ideas to refine and enhance our operations. With the freedom to shape processes and drive improvements, you will play a key role in ensuring our name continues to stand for reliability and excellence among our customers and global partners.
What to expect:
- Revitalize & Improve: Review and refresh existing air freight export workflows to keep our service truly best-in-class.
- Keep the Standard High: Build on the strong foundation already in place and ensure our excellent reputation with customers and global partners continues to shine.
- Smart Carrier Procurement: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with airlines and GSAs to secure competitive rates and reliable capacity.
- Own the Operation: Manage export shipments end-to-end and act as the operational and technical backbone of the department.
What we expect:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on air freight forwarding experience with a strong command of the full export lifecycle.
- Language Skills: Fluent English for global communication is essential; German is a strong advantage for developing trade lanes.
- Technical Expertise: Solid command of booking processes, HAWB/MAWB issuance, TSA/IATA compliance, and airline rate negotiation.
- Mindset: A customer-focused team player with the independence to lead a department and the vision to continuously refine and improve operational workflows.
